Coventry Pride, at the heart of our LGBT+ community

Coventry Pride’s mission includes the promotion of equality and diversity for the public benefit by organsing an annual lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans pride event and other events including but not limited to the commemoration of International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia (IDAHOT), LGBT History month, Transgender Day of Remembrance, Coming Out day and World Aids day. The charity depends entirely on volunteers.

Upcoming community events

We run a range of support events for our community on a regular basis:

Trans support group

YANA meets on the 4th Saturday, January to November and on the 3rd Saturday in December at The Yard in Coventry between 11 AM and 1 PM. These meetings are a safe space for the trans community to meet.

LGBT+ refugees & Asylum seekers support group

A support group for LGBT+ refugees & Asylum seekers, we meet on the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month.

LGBT+ coffee mornings

A place to chill out relax grab a coffee and meet other members of the LGBT+ community. Held at The Yard Coventry.
