Coventry Pride are massively excited for our line up this year, with a large range of different styles from all over the LGBT+ community and featuring some huge names both locally and from around the UK. Once again we will have three stages filled to the brim with talent.
Music wise, we’ve got local vocalists, punk, pop, tribute acts and much more.
A full list of currently released artists is on our website at coventrypride.org.uk, but we’re delighted to tell you some of the top musical acts so far;
The wonderful Feryl will be joining us once again for the second time on Saturday 10th June on the main Phoenix Stage, and also at our free after-party in Square One.
He’s appeared at Coventry Pride’s main 2016 Pride event. Feryl brings original pop music to the stage with an alternative musical style that pleases crowds at prides around the UK.
Also on Saturday, we’ve got male vocal fronted Coventry band One Week Stand. Seen at Coventry Pride’s Not Valentine’s day shindig, they’re a punky band with LGBT+ themed songs who perform all over Coventry. In the afternoon on the main stage we see a Lady Gaga tribute act complete with dancers, followed later by the wonderful SKA Woody ska band.
Closing off the main stage we’ve got another Coventry local band, The Prophets. Pounding out pop/punk for over 5 years, they’ve supported huge bands like Neck Deep, Tonight Alive and Funeral for a Friend and will be bringing their sound to finish us out for Saturday.
Over the other stages at our main venue we’ve got local vocalist Kristie Gallagher and Yiddish musician Rachel Weston amongst many other artists.
